Against pacification

As a punishment for the acts of sabotage committed by members of the OUN, the Polish government made "pacification." In other words, between September and November 1930, they punished without trial or investigation randomly chosen Ukrainian dwellers.
The Metropolitan severely condemned the actions of the government that allowed collective responsibility.
He went to Warsaw to meet with the leader of the state J. Pilsudsky and to influence the Polish political circles to stop the "pacification."
His actions did not produce results.
